Further investigation found on Spartan Race Hungary's page appears that Spartan Race is gearing up for an Ultra World Championship to be held in Iceland on December 16, 2017.
Mud Run Guide has already reached out to Spartan Race for further details and will update this article as more details come in about the event. For those who like extreme endurance races, this could be a reason to travel to Iceland in December. Does the 24 mean 24 hours? Is Spartan Race creating their own version of World's Toughest Mudder? Or does it mean a 24-mile race? We will update as we receive more information for now mark your calendars and get ready to travel to Iceland!
They’re going to hold this in December when the people who would be interested in it are still recovering from World’s Toughest Mudder the month before.
That’s a nice video, but Tough Mudder has the 24 hour thing pretty well figured out.
This is billed as the Spartan Race Ultra World Championships…do you have to qualify for it?
