Mud Run Guide community members all over the world are reaching new goals this season and finding new challenges. Each week Bonnie Wilson our social media guru pulls two community members to highlight who made a difference this week. Mud Run Guide is all about community. We are all about showcasing you!

This week we have two community members that got out there on the course and shared their story. First is Ray Rico (@i.am.rayrico_) showing off at a recent Spartan. The second is Marisol (@fitsol.vibes) showcasing family at the recent Mud Factor race.

Ray Rico (@i.am.rayrico_) writes: “It's #dunkwallwednesday and we've all got the #humpday vibes going on. So here's also a little #wednesdaywisdomfor all of you. “If you spend too much time thinking about a thing, you'll never get it done.” How true it is that when we overthink situations? We often never get them done or fail at them when we finally make the attempt. Face your fears, whatever they may be and accomplish your goals. The only one putting limits on yourself is you! Keep moving forward! ”

Marisol (@fitsol.vibes) showcasing family: “MUD FACTOR 2018 💪😉 Creating Memories with my little #BEAST💕 She makes me #proud🔥😍🔥Sheearned her 2nd medal 🔥🥇🔥Last year under the cold rain and this year under the 80 degrees heat. 🔥💪🔥 Even when she felt like quitting, she would say to her self … “I am #strong!” She reminded me of myself and at times she almost brought tears to my eyes. I had to play it off and try to make her laugh to ease the journey. I am #blessed. Hand and Hand WE #conquer. They say we lead by example more than words. I hope I am doing something right. 💞😍💓🤗 I LOVE HER, TREMENDOUSLY!! ❤💞💕😘😘😘 #myworld #mydaughter #TeAmo ❤ Moments 2 Treasure”
