Course Description:
Turf and trails. Hills. Moderate course difficulty. Participants will encounter between 4 and 6 obstacles. Obstacles will include hay bales, mud pits, cooperative challenges. All obstacles can be conquered by all ages. E.g. hay bale ladder and slide.
Aid Stations:
2 on-course water stations, EMS on notice but not on site. Fruit & water at finish.
Awards:
First through third place individual m/f, team, and family prizes. 10 year age groups with first prizes.
Prizes:
Best individual, family and team costumes. Most enthusiastic spectator. Most helpful participant. Random drawings.
Spectators:
Spectators are free and are offered to roam the course and participate in the fun. Spectator and support team costumes are encouraged. Spectators are welcome at the post-party, but beware they may get dirty!
Parking:
Parking is free, but carpooling is encouraged. The lot is at the race site.

Other:
As long as a participant is accompanied by a registered adult, kids 10 and under are free. Kids can do just a part of the race if the wish, stay on the same obstacle if it's fun (we'll have helpful volunteers), and have as much help as they want. All kids teams are great. We encourage spectators to join in the fun.
The event is untimed, no special skills to compete, we encourage cooperation and silliness, warm water barrel shower, hoses, shower house and bunk house for changing.
Because Highbridge Hills believes that everyone deserves a healthy, happy and safe life, we are accepting donations and holding events to benefit the New Day Shelter, the Ashland area resource for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Participants may make a monetary donation when registering or go to New Day Shelter's Wish List at http://www.ndshelter.org/donations--wish-list.html and bring items to Highbridge Hills, which we will deliver.
Team:
We have team registration. Team members need to register individually under their team name. Teams must be a minimum of 4 entrants. Team member finish numbers are combined and lowest team finish number wins their division. Best team costume prize. Teams participating for their own charity are well-come to promote their charity for free on our website by contacting Shannon at shannon@hhnsc.com.
