The challenges range in degree of difficulty and are attainable by all ages, gender, shape and size. Individuals negotiate a rigorous course designed by U.S. Special Forces that provides adventure, unique challenges and the opportunity to "Define Yourself"…In the end, you will cross the finish line wanting more.

Don't be intimidated by the name…Our events are fun, grueling and gives everyone an opportunity to be elite. Bring your mental muscles, desire to compete and push yourself beyond your perceived limitations. SPECIAL OPS' Series believes the ingredients for success are mind over matter, leadership and a "Never Quit" attitude for participants to define themselves and walk away with a sense of pride and self accomplishment.

Course Description:

Part running, carrying, pulling, pushing, climbing, and crawling, TREK is your WOD of the day! Your Special Ops' Scout will lead you along a 3 - 5 mile journey, making fitness fun with a combination of instructor engagments, mental and physical challenges, and Head-to-Head competitions. Upon arrival, participants will be divided into teams, given a leader and their first mission statement

We will have first aid kits with us in our packs.

The TREK is inspiring, tough, and rewarding event that challenges individuals at all levels and lasts up to 4 hours over approx. 3 – 5 miles. Special Operations Cadre lead a group of 30 participants through a number of activities that transforms individuals into teams throughout their journey. Activities are focused on engaging participants both mentally and physically while incorporating leadership, team-building and physical fitness. Upon completion of the event, each person earns the coveted Special Ops TREK Coin; symbolizing excellence. Our motto is Think Strong – Be Stronger. There is a basic Packing List people must bring and we will announce meet up times and location by email and on our Facebook Event Page
