Course Description:
The course is slightly undulating with natural obstacles such as a rope hill climb, balance logs, over / unders, bridge crossings.
Aid Stations:
We will have paramedics. Water and fruit will be available.
Spectators:
Spectators are welcome! The woods are free to roam.
Parking:
Carpooling is strongly recommended as there is limited parking.
Other:
It is aimed at kids from the age of 4 years old upwards. Children under 12 are recommended to be accompanied by an adult.
Team:
Welcome to race as a team in the 10km run. Four people in a team. There is a discounted team price.
