Course Description:

Don’t be fooled, this isn't your grandma's 5K but that shouldn’t stop her from coming!
It’s an all-out adventure through the woods and fields of beautiful East Fork State Park, where you'll find yourself taking on a multitude of natural and man-made beastly obstacles.
Competitive solo athlete? Family of four?
Run, jump, and climb your way along trails and hillsides as you seek the beast within.
The 3-mile course will take you through terrain and obstacles for adventurers of all skill levels, testing the beast in all of us.
Our course is designed to give you, and your friends & family, an experience you’ll never forget; run at your pace, knowing each obstacle can be conquered by anyone willing to take it on.
Fast, Slow, Easy, Hard…Decide for yourself or with your teammates.
Obstacles are designed with a gradient of difficulty; go easy, go full-on beast mode, or go right by it.

Aid Stations:

Water stations throughout the course and at the finish line.
EMS services on site.

Spectators:

Spectating is free, including the use of inflatables throughout the day.
Stick around for the after party.

Parking:

Parking is free.
Carpooling is always a win - only one person's car gets muddy.

Post Party:

The day doesn’t end at the finish line!
Stick around after the race for food (meal ticket included with each registration), refreshments, inflatables (fun for all ages), and music while you share stories of your adventures from the day.

Other:

Beast of the East Fork is designed to be fun and challenging for everyone from the hard-core athlete to the family looking for a fun way to start the summer.
There is one steep hill, but otherwise, all obstacles have varying levels of difficulty or can be bypassed altogether.
100% of proceeds from Beast of the East Fork will be donated to support Southeast Cincinnati Young Life’s Camp Scholarship Fund.
These funds go specifically and solely to assisting local adolescents experience Young Life summer camp.

Team:

Team signups are welcome; the registration process is the same. Teams of five (5) or more that sign up together will receive 20% each registration.
