Course Description:

The race is carried out in patrols where two or three participants will stay together throughout the race. Headlight is mandatory. Distance: approx. 10km.
The obstacles are of varying size and severity. From technically simple creeps to slightly more difficult and heavier climbing obstacles. The tracks start from Dalsjö Hinderbanan's permanent paths and contain no clay ponds and no swimming.
