Race Start Time:
Heats will leave every 30 minutes throughout the day. Enter the 9am “Elite” heat if you want to be as competitive as possible and race against the best.

Course Description:
Very hilly course, with multiple choose your own route to the finish line. There will be 15+ surprise obstacles.
Elite racers will finish in as quick as 30 minutes, slower times may be over 2 hours.
Meet & Race with The Amazing Race Canada Hal Johnson and Joanne McLeod!
Choose the BODYBREAK racing heat to join Hal and Joanne on the course for an exciting race through the obstacles. They will be at the event most of the day after the race meeting fans and having a great time.
Aid Stations:
One First Aid station during the race on course, and another at the end of the race with water, bandages and the Ambulance service on speed dial if need be! Carry extra hydration and fuel if you think you might need it.
Awards:
Top Three Finishers in each Category will also receive some sweet prizes from our sponsors.
Spectators:
Spectators are $5 each free in advance, $10 at the gate
Parking:
Parking will be $5 per car with offsite parking to be arranged.
Post Party:
There will be great vendors, great food, some loud tunes and a sweet, muddy, family friendly party ALL DAY in the spectators area.

Minimum age for the main race is 14
Kids race starts at 5 yr and up to 13 yr
Bag check $5
Wash stations at the main event site.
Team:
Teams are welcomed and with a 10% discount if more than 10 tickets are purchased at once.
