Course Description:
Fun Beast: Unleash your Beast in your own time over the course. The Fun Beast is not timed and you have heaps of choice in how you tackle the course. You can participate by yourself, with a couple of mates or as part of a larger group/team. You can choose to run, walk or crawl; dress-up or dress down. All we can say is that however you choose to do it, this run is a great way to have fun.
Beastlets (kids) Beast/Family Beast. This is a kids run for children aged 5-11. It is designed to be fun so smiles are a certain. The kids run on the first part and the last part of the main course. So if you are looking to give the kids a new experience and some great childhood memories, the Beastlet Beast is a must.
The Last Beast Standing. This knock-out event will be held over three (3) rounds ( Round 1: 7 km Round 2: 3 km and Round 3: 400m). Participants will compete in each round to make it to the next round. The final round is the title fight during which a handful of challengers will fight it out for the right to proclaim themselves the “Last Beast Standing”. The Last Beast Standing is a test of tactics, fitness and endurance, so if you’re tingling with excitement about the chance to prove your mettle, make sure you enter.
Aid Stations:
Water stations will be setup at key locations (approx every 2-3 km). We also recommend you carry your own water.
