The Gauntlet Games The Gauntlet Games is a hilarious and fun interactive obstacle course race. To successfully complete the challenge, you must run 5km or 10km, passing through a series of zones, manned by Gladiators. Dodge the paint guns, balance on beams across muddy bogs with Gladiators ready to stop you, and escape the Gladiators onto the giant slippery slide. Let the Games Commence!

Course Description:

The course is undulating, with 15 - 20 obstacles en route. All obstacles involve challenging a Gladiator and obstacles include:

• Giant Slippery Slide
• Giant Ball Pool
• Gladiator Gauntlet
• Balance Beams
• Foam Pit
• Paintball Zone

Aid Stations:

The 5k route has 1 water station. The 10k route has 2 water stations.
There will be medics on the course and at the start / finish
There will be water and refreshments at the finish line

Spectators:

Spectators are free and are able to access the full course.

Parking:

No parking provided. All participants are strongly encouraged to come by public transport. Venue is 5 minutes' walk from Cockfosters Tube Station, on the Piccadilly Line.

There is no minimum ability level to complete. This race is designed to be suitable for all abilities and we strongly encourage those who have never completed an obstacle race before. The race is all about fun, and teamwork.
Minimum age is 17
British Red Cross are our official charity partner and all donations made on the event registration form go directly to the charity. We strongly encourage our participants to raise money for British Red Cross to support their work in helping people in crisis in the UK and overseas.

Team:

Team entry is strongly encouraged. There are discounts available for teams of 5 or more.
