Muck MS In 5km, you will slosh over, under and through 15 obstacles that will leave you wondering why you bothered to shower that morning. As a team, you and your friends will push each other to be the strongest, fastest, dirtiest muckers you can be. When you finish, join other muckers and share your highlights in the Muck Market!

Course Description:

The 5km course consists of 12 obstacles designed specifically to get you covered in MUCK. On a mix of flat and hilly terrain, you will be challenged to crawl, jump and slide to overcome each obstacle. The course will be a low-medium difficulty level. Our priority is to ensure you have a great time out on the course!

Aid Stations:

There will be 2 aid stations with water and first aid. Route marshals will also be situated along the course.

Spectators:

Spectators are free, and can watch portions of the course and attend the Muck Market

Parking:

Parking is free and close by.

Post Party:

The post-party or "Muck Market" is a great opportunity to purchase Muck merchandise, chill out and share your epic muck stories with other muckers! There will be food and beverages for a small charge. Please bring cash as there will be no ATMs on site.

Other:

Muck MS is not only a fun and mucky way to spend a day with family and friends, but it is also in support of a very important cause. You will have the opportunity to help raise funds for an end to Multiple Sclerosis - a disease affecting more young people in Canada than anywhere else in the world. Come and get mucked up for a great cause!

Minimum of 4 people with no maximum size.
