Course Description:
The course is set at the same Bush Farm location in Saltash and will follow a 10km route with 20+ challenges but of course there will be some changes and new obstacles! It's December, so expect plenty of mud and water - you will be dirty and quite possibly wet but most of all get ready to challenge yourself and have fun.
Aid Stations:
Snack and water provided at the end of the race
Prizes:
We have 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes for men and women, plus a prize for the first team across the finish line.
Spectators:
Support from friends and family is encouraged and very welcome.
Parking:
There is parking on site at the farm but spaces close to the registration area are limited, so there may be a short walk on arrival.
Post Party:
Enjoy the pre and post race music and atmosphere and share stories with your fellow runners.
Other:
You can arrange your own method of fundraising but db fitness and nutrition will be donating a percentage of the ticket sales to both 'The Cornwall Air Ambulance' and 'Help for Heros' charities.
Team:
Team of 6+ runners is available for an special cost!
