Race Start Time:
First heat 9.30am. Last heat 12.30pm. Heats go every 15 minutes and there are 50 people per heat. There is no specific elite heat.

Course Description:
Kernow Killer: 9-10 miles; 1 lap; 50+ obstacles
Kernow Destroyer: 4-5 miles; 1 lap; 25+ obstacles
An assault course designed to use the tough Cornish landscape to push you to your limits. Both courses uses natural terrain and are quite hilly, there is a lot of mud in the woods and a tough course to take on. All courses are gruelling and dependent on your mental state differing in distances; you will be faced with obstacles to climb, scramble through, wade across, swim either over or under; any means may be necessary. These obstacles will use the challenging natural landscape to push boundaries, and we have built man made obstacles to really sort the men from the boys!
These gruelling miles will test your physical and mental strength and will bring a new meaning to the word ‘pain’. At Kernow Killer we believe there is one thought that can help you through these miles: PAIN IS ONLY TEMPORARY, FINISHING IS EVERYTHING!
Aid Stations:
There will be 3 aid stations on the course. Paramedics on standby at all times. There is water on the finish line.
Spectators:
Spectators are free and they can roam the course freely.
Parking:
Parking is £2 a car and goes to a local charity.
Post Party:
There will be food and vendors but no post party.
Other:
We give all money made on the car park to charity.
Minimum age is 16.
The event is timed.
You do not need to be able to swim.
There is no gear check point.
There is a changing area after the event but no showers.
Team:
Everyone is welcome to race as a team, a team is made up of anything more than 2 people. There are team discounts.
