Course Description:
No hills on this one. Flat and smooth course.
This course is designed to make it as easy as you need or as hardcore as you want, you decide that when you registering. The more levels you add, the harder and more intense it’s going to be.
If you do the Rubicon Cruise, you will be just walking or jogging 2 laps around the outside of the obstacle course and the mile at the end.
You will have head hunters chasing you throughout the course. If you get tagged by one, the penalty is one Burpie or 10 jumping jacks for the Rubicon Cruisers. . . And you will get tagged a lot!
You will navigate your way through 20 obstacles, including:
- The long Monkey Bars
- Cargo net side climb
- Narrow balance beams
- Barn Doors
- Thread the needle
- 100 yard tire run
- -FEATS OF STREANGTH SECTION-
- This is where you have the opportunity to earn the Atlas ban, if you are good enough.
- 100 push ups
- 10 pull ups
- 100 burpies
- 100 yard full water bottle carry
- Giant tire flip – 2 out, 2 back
- If you’re attempting the Atlas, you can receive no help from anyone.
- If you’re just trying to make it through, have your team help you, do your best and have fun.
- Inverted cargo net wall

- Parallel Bars
- Vertical walls
- Angled wall with ropes

- Giant Cargo net tower
- Death Valley run
- Hades Breath
- Battle Royal
Aid Stations:
There will be water stations everywhere! Police, fire and paramedics will be on hand.
Awards:
There will be over all 1st, 2nd and 3rd place metals for the elite heat.
Spectators:
20.00 per spectator. You may roam the entire course as long as you stay on the outside of the main obstacle course area.
Parking:
Parking will be 10.00 per car. Car pooling is a good idea!
Post Party:
The after party will be like a small version of the Electric Daisy Carnival!. . . Well, at least that's what we are going for.
There will be lots of food and beverage venders.
There will be a local DJ.
Other:
Minimum age is 14.
There will be a gear check.
We donate to Wounded Warrior, Red Cross, United Way and Humane Society.
Not a timed event.
Team:
All teams are welcome and encouraged. Your going to need help getting through the feats of strength.
