Course Description:
With one continuous lap, hills that will push you to your limits, wet muddy ditches to wade through and a variety of natural and man-made obstacle menaces every few hundred metres, OVERLOAD will test the toughest of hardened runners. Mud pit, cargo net crawl, the wall, tyre scramble, tyre crawl, sack race, water slide, hay bale tower, hurdles, log carry... and much more - we don't want to give all our secrets away so join in the fun.
Aid Stations:
For the runners there will be water stations approximately half way round the course. There will be first aiders and medical team on the day. Marshalls will be posted around the course
Spectators:
There are spectator areas so they can watch and cheer you on at certain positions on the run including the start and finish.
Parking:
There is on-site parking at the event and a £3 parking fee.
Post Party:
The OVERLOAD Village will be set up in the field next to the car park. With a bouncy castle for the kids, entertainment and food and drink for spectators and OVERLOAD runners, it’ll be a great place to enjoy the whole day.
Other:
There will be toilets on-site for runners and spectators. There will also be a number of good quality food and drink stalls at the OVERLOAD village, as well as a shop to buy clothes.
