Course Description:
This course holds a FREE BattleFrog Workout every month.
It is a training course. Great for everyone from beginner to expert.
No live wires or barbed wire. Very little mud if any at all.
Our hills are our toughest asset and we have 25 tough, but doable obstacles in a 3K distance.
It is a GREAT workout course located right in the heart of the Dallas/Ft Worth Metroplex.
Aid Stations:
There is medical staff onsite.
Obstacles manned with personnel with radios.
Mobile medical staff with emergency Response Kits.
There is 1 water station just before midpoint and Fresh Fruit is served at finish line.
Spectators:
Spectators are $10 and can roam the course if they have signed a waiver.
Parking:
Parking is onsite and FREE. We recommend carpooling.
Other:
These races are a blast with games and contests and giveaways during and after the Runs!
We have Battle Ropes, Slosh Pipes, Bean Bag Toss, Ladder Golf, Ball Toss, Tire Flipping, Spear Throwing, etc.
