EPIC RACE Challenge: The EPIC Race course is 12+ functional fitness challenges laid out on a course like nothing you’ve experienced. Designed using the principles of cross-training, bootcamp, strongman, and endurance competitions, this course will break you down and build you back up! Whether you're competing against others or trying to achieve your personal best, make no mistake, this is a race.

Course Description:

For the first time in history, Barnaby's Challenge Course is about to take the Fresno area by storm! This is the perfect standalone course for competitive Athletes that will test their strength and endurance in the most EPIC way! Whether you're training to compete in the ELITE Course at the full EPIC Series event on 3/31, or just want to put your training to the test, Barnaby's Challenge Course will give you a taste of what being ELITE is all about!
THE WOD
1. Truck Pull (90-second time cap with 2:30 time penalty if 90 seconds exceeded)
2. Clean & Press - 10x (Men: 95 lbs / Women: 65 lbs)

Other:

Each Athlete will run the course individually with a judge counting their time and reps while assessing performance.
Every rep must be completed at each challenge station. Athletes may not move on until all reps are counted.
There is a 20-minute time cap to complete the course. Any challenge stations not completed in full by the time 20 minutes has elapsed will result in an additional 2:30 time penalty for all incomplete challenges.
