Course Description:
There is no minimum distance you must travel. Find one checkpoint (out of 30-40) and you’ll be considered a finisher. To find every checkpoint, expect to bike 14-22 miles, cover 5-7 miles on foot, and conquer 7-8 Amazing Race-style challenges. The course is designed so that many teams will not get every checkpoint. That brings strategy and time management into play as you determine the route that will best maximize checkpoints as time begins to run out.
Aid Stations:
Water and Gatorade may be available at various points but fill your bladders/bottles when you have the opportunity.
Awards:
Prizes wil be awarded based on a minimum number (TBD) of teams in each division.

Spectators:
We would encourage you to invite friends and family to watch the race. We will offer race maps to spectators (first come basis) so they can check out some of the fun challenges. Keep in mind that spectating an adventure race is an adventure in itself as they must always be moving ahead of racers to see a lot of the action.
Parking:
The closest parking is at the Scribner Lot under US-131 or the Dash West Area 7 Lot just west of US-131.
Other:
Our charity partner for this race is the Purple Community, which gives 100% of funds raised in this race and all events to support biomedical research in the fight against cancer and neurodegenerative diseases at the Van Andel Institute.
