Course Description:
Format: 8 hours as many laps as possible: Course approx. 6-7 miles with approximately 50 obstacles. Lap 1-All obstacles / Lap 2-All Obstacles / Lap 3-All obstacles. Lap 4- Even numbered Obstacles only / Lap 5-Odd numbered Obstacles only. Lap 6+ 5k course with all obstacles.

The minimum age to participate in the race is 14 years. All participants in the race and course training activities will be required to sign a waiver understanding their risks. Course training participants under the age of 14 will be required to have an adult escort on the course at all times. Participants under the age of 18 will be required to have a parent/legal guardian sign their waiver.
