Course Description:
The operation of the competition is structuring a number of obstacles along a predetermined route. Each of the obstacles is a challenge to the participants who will use strength, speed, balance and intelligence to overcome the obstacles presented. The Rock Running Obstacle Race will be played by two categories that are intertwined, and the athletes individually inscribed and indicate their respective teams. At the end of the race are computed and published the results in both categories.

Event planning seeks to value the historical / cultural sites of the city of Guarapari center, approaching the participants of the material heritage of the city health.
