Course Description:

The StrongmanRun 7km in Rotterdam guarantees 7 challenging, but beautiful kilometers through the Lage and Hoge Bergse Bos. Through forests, challenging hills and trails that you do not expect in the Randstad: 99% unpaved! Enthusiastic spectators along the route, who encourage you and warmly welcome you at the finish. In short: the StrongmanRun 7km has everything you can expect from an obstacle run!
Is the StrongmanRun 21km just a bit too intense for you, but do you like a big challenge? Then the StrongmanRun 12km is your run!
The 'mother of obstacle runs': that is the Fisherman's Friend StrongmanRun! Start together with a lot of runners on a unique trail through the woods, the water and through the beautiful nature of the Lage and Hoge Bergse Bos. 21 tough, but amazingly beautiful kilometers with more than 40 challenging and unique obstacles.

Aid Stations:

Along the way there are various care stations with Sportvoedingwebshop Isodrink, water and fruit.

Other:

Guarded wardrobe for athletes.
Warm showers afterwards, also for the last finisher.
