Push It for the Peace Annual 5 mile obstacle run in Hertfordshire supporting local hospice charity.
Featuring well over 30 massive obstacles including mud crawls, 10m tube slides, invert walls and tonnes of mud and water. Push It village area features food stalls, beer tent and live music.

Course Description:

Tough cross country course featuring well over 30 large obstacles including container climbs, 10m tunnel slides, invert walls, mud crawls and obstacles that involve participants being full immersed in water.

Aid Stations:

Paramedics will be on standby and each obstacle will be marshaled. Water and chocolate will be provided at the finish line

Spectators:

Spectators are free, there will be several designated viewing areas. Spectators can also use the facilities in the Push It village to purchase food and drinks.

Parking:

Free parking will be available at Butterfly World opposite the event site.

Post Party:

There will be love bands, food vendors and beer tent available.

Other:

Basic changing facilities and toilets will be provided but no showers.
You don't have to be able to swim to take part but some obstacles do involve participants being full immersed in water.
All participants must be aged 16 or over on Saturday 3rd October 2015 to take part. Anyone aged 16-17 must gain permission from a parent or guardian.
All proceed from the event will go the charity Peace Hospice Care. All participants and encouraged to fundraise for the charity by gaining sponsorship money.

Team:

Teams entry is available. Team Leaders can set up their team through the registration website.
