Course Description:
The 8km event takes places on a cross country course featuring well over 30 large obstacles including container climbs, 10m tunnel slides, invert walls, mud crawls and obstacles that involve participants being full immersed in water – but fear not, just like last years event the course is suitable for people with all levels of fitness.
Post Party:
There will be plenty of rides, refreshment and entertainment for everyone waiting for you to complete the event in the village as well as a beer tent and you can run as part of a team or on your own.
Other:
We ask all of our participants to raise as much money as possible to enbale us to continue helping people in the local community with terminal illnesses. By raising just £60 you could enable a patient to access high quality hospice care in the familiar surroundings of his or her own home by paying for a home visit from one of our doctors, nurses or social workers.
