Race Start Time:

20K starts at 09:00am. 10K waves start at 09:30am and every 15 minutes. 5K waves start at 12:00pm and every 15 minutes. 5K Team Race at 13:30 and 5K Junior Race for12-16 years old at 14:15 and for 9-11 years old at 14:30

Course Description:

Our obstacle course is a completely unique challenge, featuring slides, tunnels, rope climbs, water, mud... and no queues. Whatever your age or fitness level, this is the event for you. You will take on obstacles in mud and water over hills and in swamps!

Aid Stations:

There is a first aid tent on site as well as 2 ambulances with paramedics. There is water stations around the course available free for participants.

Spectators:

Spectators can watch for free! There are designated viewing areas, some of them are great locations to watch people over coming the obstacles

Parking:

There is a lot of parking on site however we do suggest sharing cars with other participants to save space. There is a charge of £2 per car, this is manned by marshals all day

Post Party:

There will be a catering van on site selling food and drinks.

Other:

The minimum age to participant in the adult races is 16. Juniors can race from the age of 9.

Team:

There is a team race for 4 participants to complete the course carrying a log. This is £30 per person and you must be a team of 4 to participate
