KC Timber Challenge The KC Timber Challenge course is located on over 130 wooded acres along the banks of the Kansas River. We thought it would be fun to incorporate a more natural obstacle course using our unique terrain and landscape as much as possible. Be prepared for a 5k obstacle course including: Mud, Fire, Ice, Bluff Climbs, a 7 story tower climb, our signature hand held ZIP LINES stretching over 300 feet of mud pits and more to be announced soon. This is not a race… it’s a personal and team building challenge. All challengers are encouraged to dress in the wildest costumes and push their individual limits. This course is designed to test your stamina and will to succeed, with one WILD ASS party to celebrate your accomplishments at the end. Beware the 'Squatch' for we’re letting him loose on the streets of Kansas City to motivate you to 'Unleash Your Inner Beast'!

Course Description:

The 2015 season of events has been so fun that we could not imagine waiting till Spring to host another event. It may be cold outside in January but the Yeti don’t care!
The Yeti course will be like nothing you have ever experienced including lots of fire and ice obstacles. We have a massive cold storage freezer at a frosty -18 F and will be freezing all sorts of ice to use during the event. Last year we built a giant ice wall and smashed up a car with ice balloons! This is a 2 mile 20+ obstacle course intended to get you up and out of the house! Join the Yeti and get buck wild!

Aid Stations:

Full EMT staff and water stations throughout course.

Spectators:

Spectators are free. There is a shuttle bus that can take spectators to and from the viewing area

Parking:

$10 - shuttle to and from the top of the hill where most of the obstacles are

Post Party:

Family party zone at the start / finish line. Come out and meet our very own Sasquatch and celebrate with music along with an inviting Fall themed party. Complete with lots of kids activities and fun things to do for the whole family.

Other:

A portion of the proceeds from this event will benefit a local charity TBD.
