Warrior Dash is the world's largest running series and is held on challenging and rugged terrains across the world. Participants bound over fire, trudge through mud and scale over 12 obstacles during this fierce 5K. From couch potatoes to novice runners to extreme athletes, Warrior Dash truly is an event for all athletic abilities.

Each Warrior Dash consists of at least 12 obstacles along a 5-6K course followed by a festival complete with live music, turkey legs and beer steins among other interactive elements. Each participant is individually timed and broken into 12 competitive age divisions. Costumes are highly encouraged at the event.

Obstacles	12 obstacles that will get participants running, ducking and climbing as they crash through a course that will test every muscle in their body.
Terrain	Varies by location, with 50 different locations each one presents new challenges
Signature Obstacle	Warrior Roast, jumping over back-to-back fire pits and Muddy Mayhem, a Mud pit with barbed wire are two obstacles that finish out the Warrior experience.
Hardest Obstacle	All of our obstacles challenge each Warrior in a different way.
Gear	Warrior Dash is not your standard 5K race, so your outfit shouldn’t be "average" either! Whether your costume is a spandex-clad superhero, medieval knight or Smurf, take the opportunity to express your inner Warrior. Check out our full list of recommended gear here

This includes wave time, date, participant information and location. Transfers may only be made to a wave that has open space available. Note: There is a $10 transfer fee to transfer to a new event, new participant, or new event day.

Course Description:

You're expected to complete all obstacles. If you're unable to complete an obstacle you may bypass the obstacle and receive your finisher medal, although you'll be disqualified from all awards.

You may have to swim while on the course, but if you aren't able, you can go around any water obstacles or hop on another Warrior's back. There will be lifeguards on site.

Waves of up to 600 participants will start at the following times

Aid Stations:

During the race, there will be two water stations throughout the race course.
Water and bananas will be available after you cross the finish line.

The awards ceremony will take place one hour after the last wave of the day recognizing the day's:

• Top 3 overall male and female participants
• Top 3 males and females in each age division
• Most ridiculous costume contest
• Best Warrior beard

Note:

• Age division awards are determined based on one's age on race day
• All awards are based on the official net time

Prizes:

Top Three Overall
The top three overall times for both males and females win a custom engraved steel Warrior helmet

Top Three in each Division
The top three times in each age division for males and females win a steel Warrior helmet trophy

Craziest Costume
Costumes are highly encouraged! Contestants are called on stage where the winner is determined by audience applause. The best costume wins a prize

Spectators:

We know our Warriors love having fellow Warriors with them on race day, but also other comrades to watch them on the battleground and cheer after. Spectators are welcome to join the festival, probably get a big mud hug and watch the course and some obstacles in the spectator viewing area all at no cost. The more the merrier to rock on during a full day of bad-assery.

Parking:

Parking will be available for $10 per car space on race day. Please have cash ready. Car-pooling is highly encouraged.

Post Party:

Party like a warrior!
Beer, bands, food and fun will begin approximately 30 minutes after the first wave.
* Beer tent and food tent operation hours are subject to change due to weather, state, and local restrictions.

Other:

Additional beer, clothing, merchandise, and food items (think turkey legs, corn on the cob, etc.) will be available for purchase on race day. Vegetarian food options will be available, however gluten free food and beverages are not guaranteed.
Remember, no outside food or drinks will be allowed. Security will be enforcing the area.
We recommend that you arrive at least one hour before your wave time. Remember that you will have to park, pick up your packet, attach your bib and chip and make your way to the starting line.
Gear check will be available for racers to check their items during the race (like a coat check). Feel free to leave your keys, t-shirt, helmet, and all those items you don't want to carry with you during the race.

Team:

There's no team division, but you're welcome to Dash with some friends to help you through the obstacles.
