Waves start at 11:15am. Wave times are subject to change due to numbers of participants however we do offer 1 timed wave which is always the first adult wave of the day following on from the Junior waves.

We have over 40 obstacles out on course, here's a few of our runners favourites:

At every obstacle you come across you'll find a marshal waiting for you to offer a helping hand or some word of wisdom! We also provide alternative routes around all water sections and high obstacles for runners who aren't confident with heights or water. We are fortunate that the natural landscape at Uventure Run makes our course extra interesting - we hope you like hills & mud!
Aid Stations:
We offer water stations at various points on the course as well as having medics onsite at all times just in case they're needed.
Spectators:
Spectators are more than welcome at Uventure Run so we recommend bringing all of the family for a fun filled day out - the best part is we only charge per car not per person!
Parking:
Parking is £5 per car at Uventure Run. We have plenty of parking onsite at Uventure Run however we do recommend car sharing where possible to save on pennies!
Post Party:
Please don't rush off after your race! With a DJ on hand all day, a bar complete with beer garden as well as various food retailers there's no need for you to leave us straight away!
