Course Description:

You will see obstacles like mud, slides, ice pools all upon a crazy terrain.

Aid Stations:

Water half way around, ambulance on sight and pies at the finish-line.

Prizes:

Prizes for best times, best costume, best wipe out.

Spectators:

Spectators welcome for free!

Other:

Studded shoes (plastic moulded) allowed. Shoes with aluminium spikes or any type of food ware that might cause harm to other contestants are not allowed.
All tracks are slippery and terrain is very uneven. We advise caution especially to those prone with weak ankles.
Please wear sun block and/ or sunhats.
Bring a change of clothes, and plenty of extra fluids.
Thermal clothing during the run is recommended to support your core body temperature.
Advise to wear clothing that covers all body parts to minimise abrasion and/ or cuts.
Mud run terrain is located on a dairy farm. Farm stock faeces and other organic material may be present. All care should be taken to disinfect once body after the event with the appropriate products.
All participants need to sign on the day they understand the safety rules, and RAM form and are happy to take the risks. Minors need to be signed in by caregivers.
