Course Description:
Run the Gauntlet features a 5K course with 15-20 man-made and natural obstacles along the Shoreline of Madison Connecticut.
Awards:
The top three 5K finishers receive awards in the following divisions:
[Men & Women] 12 & under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+, Best Costume and Team Challenge!
Post Party:
At our post race party enjoy gourmet pizza, beer and live music.
Old World Pizza Trucks will be on hand dishing out some of their signature pizza's while the shoreline's own Thimble Island Brewing Company will provide beer to quench your thirst.
Dance to our live band and relax after conquering the Gauntlet. Pizza will be made available to spectators for an additional charge.
Team:
Teams must have a minimum of 3 participants. Top 3 times from each team will be used when determining team placement. All team members must run in same heat. Awards for overall top 3 teams in each category and the team with the best costume. Each team can only register for one category.
Team categories are: Family Team – all team members must be related, Corporate Team – all team members must be current employees at the same company, CrossFit Team – all team members must be members of the same CrossFit location and Open Team – any group of 3 or more people.
