Race Start Time:
Fit-Pit Workout waves start at 8:30AM with each of their runs 45 minutes later until 10:00AM.
5K Obstacle Course Run waves at 9:15AM / 10AM / 10:45AM / 11:30AM.

Course Description:
Set to be challenging yet not painful, providing a good test of strength, endurance and mental toughness, to be fun and as demanding as you want it to be.
A Fit-Pit Workout, Crossfit in nature, prior to your Run, is offered if you are looking to bump-up your Challenge.
Aid Stations:
Snow Trails Ski Patrol will be on location and located any many features around the facility.
Paramedics are scheduled to be on site.
Snack and water are provided post event.
Awards:
No awards or medals... just a sense of accomplishment for a good cause for ages 13 and up!
Spectators:
Spectators are free and no charge for parking!
Parking:

Post Party:
DJ, food and beverage provided post event.
Other:
For 2015 we are donating proceeds to Grant Reed a local hero. More information on Grant can be found here. Grants father (Troy) is a luitenant with the Mansfield Fire Department and we found out about their family's needs through our involvment with our previous beneficiary. You can follow Grant on his Public Group Facebook page.
For 2013 and 2014 we supported the Fireman Joe Tadijanac who is a local fireman of Washington Township here in Richland County. JoeTadijanac is a double amputee who lost his legs in the line of duty while responding to a house fire. Participation in Hero Challenge benefited he and his family. Follow Joe on this Facebook Page.
Arrive 1 hour before your schedule event time to get settled in and ready for your events.
Bring Photo ID, signed waiver, clothing you don't mind throwing away after the event and maybe some tape to wrap your shoes with so they don't come off in the mud, cash for food and beverage but we do take credit cards for all needs.
13 years of age to run the 5K obstacle course and you must be 16 years of age to participate in the Fit-Pit Workout. All participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign their wavier. Participation based on age as of June 20th 2015.
