Race Start Time:
You can pick your wave time on race morning, please arrive at least 45 minutes before the wave you’d like to join. Please note: If you want to qualify for the OCR World Championships, you need to be on-site and signed in by 7:30am.
Gates open at 7am and close at 5pm
OCRWC qualifying wave(s) at 8:30
Open Adult 5k waves start at 9:00
Open Family-Friendly 5k waves start at 10:00

Course Description:
The Lollapalooza of Mud Runs!' OCR World Championships qualifier 5k, adult & kid fun runs, family foam fun, crazy contests (have you seen The Gauntlet?), live music, BBQ, libations, and the wildest raffle you've EVER seen!
OCR World Championship Qualifying:
- ALL obstacles are mandatory completion
- Top 25 men and women finishers per OCRWC Wave(s) (multiple may be determined on race day, as necessary, with different colored wrist bands)
- OCRWC qualifying wave is for 13 & over only.
THE BATTLEGROUNDS is the Midwest’s only permanent mud run obstacle with 30 plus obstacles.Obstacles are military themed and will require physical fitness. Obstacles will include running, jumping, crawling, splashing, swinging, climbing 25 feet in the air & traversing varying terrains, including a creek. You will get muddy! It will be physically demanding. Are you up for the challenge?
Aid Stations:
Water stations will also have wine tasting - Racers over 21 will have a different colored wristbands
First Aid and paramedics will be on hand.
Fruit and water is provided at the finish.

Elite wave is a qualifier for OCR World Championships
Prizes:
Biggest Team will get a VIP tent, award, special on-stage recognition to “jam with the band” and your OWN Start Wave!
Teams over 50 will get their own area with a tent on “Team Row” so everyone can see how awesome you are!
“Raffle Tee” If you select the Tech Shirt Upgrade, you will take part in the Coolest Raffle Ever. Your t-shirt will be your ticket, and wait till you see what you have to do to find out if you’ve won! Prizes from Icebug, OCR Gear, XRacewear, Mud Run Guide, The Battlegrounds, and more!
Spectators:
Non-Racer Family Admission (includes family foam fun): $10, kids 8 & under free
Parking:
Parking is free and walking distance to the course. We do recommend carpooling.
Post Party:
The “Party” goes on ALL DAY with crazy contests, live music, BBQ, beer & wine (21 & up w/ID), not to mention the Wild Raffle and much, much more. Camp out on the grass and enjoy the fun, festive day!
Other:
2 Kids' Races: 5k and Lil' Tikes race (sign up on site).
We offer a gear check and warm showers.
