Course Description:
The course will be approximately 10 km and will include at least 15 obstacles. Be certain that there surely will be some news, but of course also some classics among the obstacles!
Aid Stations:
Halfway the route, there is a refueling station with cups of water and, on arrival you will receive water and an energy drink and a biscuit with honey MELI.

You can change yourself and rinse off with cold water at ""men / women wash"" on the field.
Team:
You can participate individually or in teams. A team consists of at least 10 people. The team ranking is done based on the results of the first 7 people.
