Course Description:
5k and 10k options are available.
The 10k is two laps of the 5k course.
This means if you run the 10k you will face every obstacle twice!
The exact obstacles and number is top secret but expect at least 25 obstacles per lap.
Run Mucker Run is probably the toughest 5k/10k obstacle course in Ireland providing the greatest courses set in the finest venues.
With 20 to 25 punishing obstacles designed with ex-military to give you the ultimate test of strength, stamina, mental determination and teamwork.
Success is about survival and not speed, so forget about breaking records and bring everything you have to cross the finish line and become a Mucker!
