Course Description:
The course is set in rough and rugged fell land though woods, bogs and streams. You will really have to push yourself to your limits to be able to complete this.
Come and have a go if you think you're hard enough! Designed to be the ultimate test of strength of mind and body, you'll need every ounce of willpower and energy to get to the end
Other:
Unlike actual torture, you'll come out at the other end a happier, more fulfilled and accomplished person. More like Bear Grylls than Terry Waite.
You don't have to be tough, fit or crackers but a small amount of each would be a definite advantage.
