Race Start Time:
When registering, you will select 1 of the 2 start waves (morning, or afternoon). 1 WEEK before the event, you will receive and email with your specific start time within this wave. To ensure all your team members run together, they must register in the same wave BEFORE the wave sells out. If you sign up in different waves, you will not be running at the same time.

Course Description:
ROC Race is the original game show-inspired obstacle run featuring larger than life obstacles including the infamous Wrecking Balls, the newly redesigned Jump Balls, and a finish line slide down The Hippo – our towering 4 story tall waterslide!
Get ready for the craziest 5K of your life! This is an untimed event open to everyone, from couch potatoes to track stars, ages 13 and up!
There are no mud pits, but be prepared to get wet… and even a little
dirty (don’t wear your good running shoes!)… especially if you fail to
negotiate the obstacles.
We took the challenges of a military obstacle course and combined it
with the competitive game show themes from favorites like Wipeout,
American Gladiators, Double Dare and MXC. This obstacle race will
provide a superfun course that can only be described as ridiculous!
Obstacles may include:

Wrecking Ball
The World’s Largest Moon Bounce
Belly Flop Drop
Tarzan Swing
Tight Rope Traverse
Get It Up (And Over)
Gorilla Bars
Concree-stadores

Prizes:
Be a part of the ridiculousness – costume contest held 15 minutes prior to the start of each race, and awards are given for best individual costume as well as best group costume!
Spectators:
Spectators of all ages get in for free! They'll probably have as much fun watching you as you will tackling the course! Spectators will have access to watch a majority of the obstacles but not all will be accessible.
Parking:
Parking will be $15 per car. Cash only.
Post Party:
ROC Fest after party, with Live music/DJ's and other entertainment, 1000's of ridiculous ROC participants having a great time on the infield, and great food! And a beer garden!
Other:
This is an untimed event. The main focus is all about the fun rather than the competition! We encourage everyone to try all the obstacles, but if there’s one that isn’t for you feel free to go around!
Things may get a little wet and wild during the run, but that’s all part
of the fun! Once you’ve had enough fun, we will have a private
changing area for you to get into some clean/dry clothes. There will also be a bag check if you want
ROC Race is for ages 13 and up. As long as you will be 13 years or older at the time of the event your parent or guardian can register you to participate at ROC Race. There are NO EXCEPTIONS for this age requirement.
Team:
How big is your… team? The largest team will win $500!
