Hell in the Harbour Hell in the Harbour is a challenging 6.5 km obstacle course that will test both your physical and mental strength as participants attempt to tackle a series of military designed obstacles. Hosted in the scenic Bayfront Park, Hell in the Harbour will push participants to the limits while showcasing some of Hamilton’s most beautiful scenery. Open to men and women, individuals or teams, we invite anyone who thinks they have what it takes to escape the Hell in the Harbour!

Course Description:

The course utilizes 6.5km of natural and urban terrain.
Competitive timed and just for fun categories will accommodate participants of all fitness levels.
Participants will encounter 12+ military inspired and natural obstacles that are being designed to utilize Hamilton's unique landscape.

Aid Stations:

Aid stations, water and other refreshments will be on-site throughout the event.

Prizes:

Prizes will be available for the following categories:
Top fundraising team
Top male and female fundraiser
Fastest Times in all competitive categories
Best team costume and more!

Spectators:

Spectators are free and strongly encouraged to join the post-party!

Parking:

Parking for participants and spectators will be available at Bayfront Park. Upon arrival, please follow parking signs and parking attendants on the day of the event

Post Party:

Post-party will feature live entertainment, food vendors, drink vendors and other fun activities!

Other:

Hell in the Harbour is an endurance mud-run to raise awareness and funds for Special Olympics Ontario and to promote a health and active lifestyle within the community.
All participants MUST fulfill the $60 fundraising minimum. All funds benefits Special Olympics
