Designed using the principles of cross-training, bootcamp, strongman, and endurance competitions, this course will break you down and build you back up! Whether you're competing against others or trying to achieve your personal best, make no mistake, this is a race.

Course Description:

The EPIC Race course is 12+ functional fitness challenges laid out on a course like nothing you’ve experienced. Designed using the principles of cross-training, bootcamp, strongman, and endurance competitions, this course will break you down and build you back up!
Think you have what it takes to be in the EPIC Elite? First you must complete the EPIC Race Challenge with no scaling or modifying allowed. After completing the EPIC Race Challenge you will have a short rest before you begin the Elite Challenge: a 10 minute AMRAP (As Many Repetitions As Possible).

Come watch your friends and families crush it on the EPIC course. Then hang out and celebrate with them after.

Post Party:

Green Flash Brewery is going to be hosting the party and pouring their delicious craft beer all afternoon to wash down the barbecue and other food.

Team:

While the EPIC Series is not your traditional team competition, we strongly encourage you to sign up in teams. To be considered a team you must have a minimum of 5 athletes. Discounts will apply the more you have in your team.
