Race Start Time:
5K will start at noon. Runners will be asked to select a Flight at
the event. Flight One will start at Noon and is for runners with under
an 8-minute mile. Flight Two will start at 12:10 PM and is for runners
with an 8 to 10-minute mile. Flight Three will start at 12:20 PM and is
for runners with a 10+ minute mile. The number of flights and time
between flights may increase depending upon the final number of
registrants.
1-Mile Race start is at 1:30 PM.

Course Description:
Participants will follow a 3.1-mile scenic trail & traverse through 10 obstacles (sand pit crawl, a cargo net climb, a tunnel crawl, a slip 'n slide and a mud pit).

Water stations are available along the course.

Spectators:
Spectators are encouraged to attend to cheer participants on, but please leave dogs at home.
Other:
Youth under the age of 18 can choose the 1-Mile Run/Walk or the 5k. Youth under age 13 must be accompanied by an adult during the 5k run/walk. Children ages 4-6 can participate in a FREE 100-yard dash.
Bag check will be available for all registered participants. An
enclosed changing area will be available. We recommend that participants
bring towels, a garbage bag, and a change of clothes.
