Course Description:
Five more obstacles have been added to our course since our May Event and they have been designed to help cater for those with less upper body strength. The 7 km course now includes 30+ obstacles, some with three challenges per obstacle that will test your all around strength, stamina and endurance.
Aid Stations:
Water will be supplied on the course so participants need not carry bottles unless they are secured on them.
Spectators:
Spectators pay $3 fee to access
Parking:
Parking is FREE but there is a 3 hour limit (which should be more than suitable). There will be organised parking with food and drink sales and music.
Other:
This is an alcohol and drug free event. No cooler boxes, drinks or food is allowed through the gate. Refreshments and food will be on sale all day.
