Course Description:
The Hang-On Obstacle survival run passes through the beautiful nature of the Utrecht Ridge. In this course are 38 to 57 professionally built obstacles. First, you run through the woods to the beautiful sands where the first obstacles await you. After that storm, you go to ""Training Area 1 + 2"" which is a series of obstacles that will surely leave the acidity in your muscles run. Then you run through the woods and fields on the hills in the direction of Maarn sandpit. Through the high steep stairs leaving the sandpit and run through the forest to the ""Training Area 3"". Once there, you get even more obstacles for which you also choose water hazards. With your last ounce of strength you then run through to the final hurdle.

The restaurant at the start / finish area is open!
Other:
On the RCN field are showers (including dressing) present. It is not allowed to enter these areas with dirty clothing. Pull advance as many dirty clothing and place it in a bag. Then go inside to shower and change clothes. So we keep it clean and available space for everyone!
This year's we raise money for the Foundation KWF. During the Hang-On Survival Run is a stall of Survival for Life provided and sold various products SFL. It is also possible to make a donation. The yield contributes to the prevention of cancer, the cure for cancer, and improve the quality of life for people with cancer.
