Shropshire Mud Run We organise & deliver 10km Mud Runs across Shropshire at unique locations using natural obstacles and the environment to plan the routes. Having had a successful 2013 we now have 5 events this year with Round 3 being held at Lilleshall, Shropshire.

Course Description:

It's a 10km woodland Mud Run with natural obstacles and watering holes across the site to keep you cool on the way around.

Aid Stations:

We have a specialist 1st aid company on site with off road vehicles. With the race directors fully 1st aid trained too the event is well marshalled and insured.
There will be minimum 2 water stations on the course with fantastic goody bags at the finished to get you hydrated and nourished.

Awards:

We have an award ceremony at the end for top 3 male, top 3 female, best fancy dress, 1st team and the muddiest!

Prizes:

Prizes include printed mugs and t-shirts, discount vouchers from local businesses and PT vouchers against Bootcamps & Personal Training

Spectators:

Spectators are free but we do ask for a £2 donation that we put to a local charity in Shropshire. There are designated spectator areas so they can see the best parts of the course.
