Shropshire Mud Run We organise & deliver 10km Mud Runs across Shropshire at unique locations using natural obstacles and the environment to plan the routes. Having had a successful 2013 we now have 5 events this year with Round 3 being held at Lilleshall, Shropshire.

Course Description:

Get ready for the Shropshire Mud Run… it’s bigger, better, muddier, wetter! The Ultimate Mud Run and obstacle challenge awaits with river crossings, head dunks, crawls, climbs, water slides, tunnels, wild woods, marshland, bale climbs, barbed wire crawls, plenty of mud and a few extra obstacles to test you!
5km option. Also open to children. Age 8-12 must run with a participating adult (3:1 max child:adult) Age 13-15 must have responsible adult with them onsite.
10Km option. (Age 16+) Prepare for an additional water slide, river bank climbs, crossings, more mud, more water, more fun!

Aid Stations:

First Aid Cover. Water stations on course and on the finish line

Prizes:

Spot Prizes for first Male/Female over the line, teams, muddiest! & best fancy dress!

Spectators:

Spectators welcome and free. Onsite refreshments available

Parking:

Car park donation to charity!

Other:

Children aged 8-15 year olds must be accompanied by a participating adult, maximum of 3 children per adult. 16 & 17 year olds must have an adult responsible for them onsite. All participants will need to sign a disclaimer prior to the event, children aged 8-15 must have parental/guardian consent signature.
