Course Description:
This course is classic Texas. Don’t mess with it. Dry climate, tricky
terrain and mild elevation will test all Iron Warriors (and we haven’t
even touched the 24+ obstacles). Are you an experienced runner? Not good
enough. Do you crossfit? Not gonna cut it. Better get to work if you
think you can take down this course.
- Terrain style – Rock, sand, water, mild hills, tight trails
- Elevation change – Rolling hills
- Natural obstacles - Steep valleys, mud pits, swamps
Iron Warrior Dash is a 15-20 mile assault of ruthless terrain and best in class obstacles. This next level of The World's Largest Running Series is the premier event in obstacle racing, offering athletes the ultimate challenge of becoming an Iron Warrior.

Aid Stations:
During the race, there will be water stations and bananas throughout the racecourse. Check the course map the week of the event for exact locations.
Awards:
The Iron Warrior Dash awards ceremony will take place at 2pm, honoring the top three overall male and female participants.
Prizes:
Additional awards will take place upon the conclusion of the 5k event later in the afternoon. Stick around for the classic “Best Beard” and “Best Costume” contests.
Additional contests may take place throughout the day, including: Turkey Leg eating, Push ups, Dance offs
Spectators:
All spectators are welcome to cheer on their Iron Warriors. Spectator viewing areas will be added to the course map prior to the event.

Post Party:
Beer, bands, food and fun will begin at approximately 9:30am.
Other:
We recommend that you arrive at least one hour before your wave
time. Remember that you will have to park, pick up your packet, attach
your bib and chip timer, and make your way to the starting line. We also
recommend warming up.
Appropriate footwear is highly recommended. Note: you will get muddy.
