Course Description:
Full Mucker - 20 miles and 200 obstacles
Half Mucker - 13 miles and 150 obstacles
Dirty Double - 40 miles and 400 obstacles
Young Mucker - 3K or 6K with 20 obstacles
Aid Stations:
Aid stations available on the course.
Spectators:
Spectators allowed to watch during the day for free. They can also join camping and the after party and an additional cost.

Post Party:
Huge afterparty with world famous DJ Dave Pearce. Bar, Food and entertainment until midnight.
Other:
We have 4 Water Stops out on the course. We will not offer sports nutrition as this is down to very personal choice and you should therefore plan to bring your own sports nutrition gels, powders, bars and other supplies with you. We will however offer some small snacks at various points around the course – this will be confirmed closer to the event. Rat Race Store will be present at the Start-line with a selection of user-friendly sports nutrition products for sale. Our range can also be browsed here.
