Course Description:

The course goes through the various substrates through the amazing forests around Domarudden.
Obstacles will meet the runner along the road and the major obstacles will be placed in locations easily accessible to the public and spectators.
A challenging obstacle course race of 11 km running and 40 obstacles. It is your performance that matters and everyone can join!

Aid Stations:

Paramedics on stad by, one aid station on the course. Fruit, water, proteinbars and smoothie at the finish line.

Awards:

Prizes to top three in elite.

Prizes:

The winners of the Elite Men and Elite Women win 10 000 SEK each. Second place 3000 SEK – and third place 1000 SEK.
Prize to the top three teams of the team competition.

Spectators:

Spectators is free, spectators get into the post-party and they can roam most of the course freely.

Parking:

Unfortunately there is no parking available at Domarudden during the day of the race.
Parking is located Åkersberga Sports Center where shuttle buses take you to the start line. Bus is free.

Other:

The event is timed, age 16 and up.
Qualifier event for OCREC.

Team:

4 participants with the same team name will form a team. There is team competition with prizes for top three teams.
