Course Description:
There will be 20+ obstacles on the 5km route and even more on the 10km and 20km route.
It will be fairly tough our mud makes things a whole lot harder but a whole lot more fun.
There are some hills, fields and woodlands so fairly mixed terrain.
People of all fitness levels and experience can complete the course as long as they go at a pace suitable for them.
Aid Stations:
There will be a first aid station on base at the event village.
We will have an offroad vehicle dedicated to reaching injured runners around the course.
There will be a water station on the 5k and two on the 10k race, there will be water for every runner at the end in the finishers goody bags.
Spectators:
We welcome spectators and they are allowed free.
We allow spectators to go around the whole site as we think it is great for the runners to have the encouragement along the course.
Parking:
Parking is on site and is free, we just ask that runners instead give a donation to the charity who are giving their time to marshal on the day.
Other:
The minimum age is 13.
The event is timed but it is up to each runner whether they are worried about getting a great time or just having great fun out there.
There is no water deep enough to need to swim, there is a cold water shower where runners can clean off after the run.
Team:
We welcome teams of 5 or more runners and they will get a discount of 10% per runner.
The team captain just needs to register and invite all the other runners to join the team they can then log in and pay for themselves.
