Course Description:
This course is designed to challenge your fitness level. Hills are included. Participants will encounter/perform 13 obstacles including some bodyweight exercises and physical obstacles. Obstacles include: Wall climb, cargo net, push-ups, tire flips, balance beam, hill sprints, bear crawls, lunges, tires steps, hay bale hurdles and everyone's favorite... BURPEES! It doesn't matter if you have a high fitness level or are just starting out, this course will challenge you to dig deeper and try harder.
Aid Stations:
There will be a first aid station centrally located to the course. There will be volunteers at every obstacle to provide any assistance if needed. Certified Athletic Trainers will be on standby to assist with any injuries.
Awards:
Awards will be offered, must be in attendance to win. Categories are to be determined

Spectators:
Spectators are free and are able to roam most of the course freely

No post-party but there will be vendor booths

Event is timed by Fast Track Timing. No swimming will be required
