Our Triple Dipped Challenge is no longer available, 2022 was our last time running this challenge.
 

We are bringing back the opportunity to complete the whole distance of our epic Triple Dip in one day. Meaning you will be running a total of 35km, which involves taking on each of our individual distances (5km, 10km & 20km). Plus this is your last opportunity to take on the challenge as this will be the last time we offer our Triple Dip, and will be at our next event on 05 June 2022.

Anyone who signs up to this awesome muddy challenge will receive a unique three piece medal and a special limited edition challenge t-shirt as well as a regular Mud Monsters Run tech tee and all three individual medals too...that’s a whole lot of bling!
 

We know people are wanting to push themselves further all the time and this definitely gives you full bragging rights for a long time. It is our insane mud that makes things so much more challenging than normal...do not underestimate the energy sapping mud forces that hide deep in our woodlands...and don’t run around it either, you will only be cheating yourselves ;) Plus you’ll be taking on around 200+ obstacles so there is plenty to test you along the way.

The Triple Dipped in a day will be an incredibly tough challenge and we have seen even our 20km claim many a seasoned OCR runner in the past. One of the most challenging parts will be to having to start your final lap before the cut off point. We would suggest completing the distances in the following order: 20km, 5km, 10km. You must have started your final lap by 13.30pm, if you have not gone through the check point by this time you will not be able to finish the challenge.
 

All runs take place at our site in the beautiful Sussex Countryside just 5 minutes from the centre of East Grinstead (RH19 4RR – see below for full address and map). All runners taking part in the Triple Dipped Challenge must be in the first wave of the day at 09.00am. 
 

Anyone from the age of 18 can participate in the Triple Dipped Challenge.
