Extremely disappointed. Paid $30 per ticket for a family of 5. We were so excited to go to this family event but it didn't come close to meeting expectations. The event is from 4-8pm [during dinner time] and there was ONLY one concession stand open that I sat approximately 1 hour. This meant that I missed the majority of the event while getting dinner for the kids. For $30 per ticket this is UNACCAEPTABLE. I would NOT recommend this event.

A Top-Notch Backyard Course Hosted by Great People

When I competed at this event in August, I found a very professional looking course, solidly constructed, challenging, and safe. But what really made it a great experience was the people. The course is literally in Mike's backyard--his family was so welcoming to me and my family and everyone there. The other ninjas and the spectators all shared the spirit of Sasuke, the camaraderie that makes the television program so successful. In the end, it came down to five guys against the clock climbing Mike's 80 foot rope, but everyone was rooting for everyone and it was just a good time.
