The Run It Like It's Hot Miracle Mud Run features a 5K course with 15 challenging obstacles, and of course, MUD! Separate Kids course for ages 6 to 12. All proceeds go the construction of The Miracle League Baseball Field for special needs children, coming soon to Lear Park Sports Complex in Longview, Texas.

Great Cause-Great Fun!
Loved the fact the ALL proceeds go to the building of a playing field for children with disabilities. Region 7 Educational Service Center and Region 7 ESC School District participants (28 in all) were so excited to see a run for kids near and dear to our hearts. The event was very well staffed (thank you to the police officer who helped me pull my foot out of the mud AND keep my shoe on), volunteers were friendly and helpful, the swag bags were awesome, and the parking was great! My understanding is there were over 1200 participants registered for this run. Thank you to all of the businesses who donated to make this run a 100% profit! Way to step up for our kids.
This event is Saturday, July 23, at Lear Park, Longview, TX. I am closely aquainted with the people behind this event and know that every fund raiser they plan and carry out is alway top of the charts.
The proceeds are all dedicated to the development and building of one of the most remarkable playing fields in East Texas. Many children and adults that have never been able to participate in baseball because of their special needs, will now have that opportunity. I know in my heart, this will be the best and most unusual run in our area. As I write this, there are already 800 runners scheduled to participate. Don't be left out.
